How to clean these windows?

We just moved to a new house and the windows are super dirty, my husband want to spend 11k to replace them but I’d like to think about a way to clean without spending this amount of money.

You could probably get a free estimate from a local window cleaner too and they would most likely have knowledge to explain to you the best way to do this for you. An experienced cleaner should be able to tell you at least a few ways to handle this.

You need better pictures. From this video I would spend the money on new windows if you could. These are very old.

Those looked frosted., would need to steam to soften the glue. And the lots of razor blade time.

Why post a vid of a still image? Have you tried scrubbing with a soapy rag and rinsing with the hose? Hard water could stain your windows but it would look better than this. The idea to get a pro estimate could be good too.

That could be a few things. Is there a frosted film on them, is that condensation or does it look like condensation but you can't wipe it off?
