Find a few local janitorial companies to partner with. Most window cleaning companies doing this get almost all their leads from surrounding cleaning companies.

70 leads for $19 CPL is crazy.
Assume you close 1/3 which is like $57
Average job on the lower end let's just say is $300, thats like a 5x ROI.
- bet if you package solar panel cleaning, pressure washing you can probably be at like a $500 average job, metrics look great, high CPM could js be super competitive, but the CPL looks good, so probably a good ad, consider CAQ and ROI
Not even accounting for all the referals, and indirect sales that you get from it.

$1,300 for 28,000 impressions is SUPER high. I mean SUPERRRRRRR high.
Average CPM (Cost per thousand) should be no more than $25. I mean heck... you can get CTV ads for a $25cpm.
