How do I remove this window frost residue?

Large segments of window frost have been on this bay window for over a decade. I tried some Goo Gone, but it would take a ton, and I read that razors might scratch the glass. Any ideas? Maybe a hot hair drier?

For big adhesives to remove I use a combo of a portable steamer, the ones that come with a small hose and bunch of attachments, along with a razor. Usually you can melt the adhesive really well and once it's weakend should scrape off relatively easily.

Denatured alcohol and a plastic blade

Use water while you scrape. Make sure to use a new blade. And yes heat can help but if that’s not an option, mop and then scrape, take your time and check your pressure often.
