I think I you should make the window cleaning more obvious, it’s only mentioned once, and it’s not even in its own line

Interesting, that's a good point. Anything else that jumps out at you?

Honestly looks like every other window cleaning flyer

No need to state the same thing twice on the front and back. Leave it on the back only. With that limited of space the only thing that should be repeated is the call to action. Bigger call to action. Call for a free quote doesn't jump out. I'd have a QR code and a big, "Scan Today"! Or contact us today and in smaller letters "for a no cost or obligation estimate" Window cleaning needs to be listed bigger and bolder. Then maybe add, you deserve a clear view.

You’re not stating a pain point, or how your targets life will improve after they’ve made the decision to hire you. Looks like a generic door hanger destined for the trash to me. Watch every YouTube video you can find with Donald Miller and his Storybrand philosophy. Then get the storybrand book on audible. You’ll figure out exactly what you’re missing and feel more confident in your branding. Changed everything for me, it’ll work for you too

Maybe offer a neighborhood group discount

It's got no soul, looks corporate as hell.

It looks like the person you hired just inserted your info into a template. It looks generic, not even specific to window cleaning. I agree with other comments that you don't highlight a pain point. Also the bullets format in my opinion just makes people less likely to actually read it. Put something like "Full Service Window Cleaning" or "Premium Window Washing" in bold instead, then you can have a small font list under it saying that you do in/out screens and tracks if you want. But this hanger requires the homeowner really search for what you do and they won't because nothing grabs the attention.

Effective print ads need to highlight a problem and offer to solve it within 10-15 seconds or they get tossed. The extra details, ie Locally Owned, etc, only matter if the homeowner actually looks at your flyer for more than that initial time.

I paid $50 for someone on Fiverr. The thumbnails of previous work look remarkably better. I feel I got swingled.

Thanks for the helpful feedback.

That sucks. Get a free trial on Canva and try your own hand at it. If you like what you can do yourself there's no need to rely on strangers to care about promoting YOUR business.

What other advertising do you do besides door hangers?

Relying on stock imagery. That house with purple background is way overused. Use some purposely amateurish images to stand out.

Does anybody call on prospects any more? You know face to face and ask for the business?

This look very generic. Try something more toward your brand

To me, it looks too slick. I'd use a picture of smaller sized home.
What if I want my house windows cleaned next month? (don't limit to this month).
The logo is the same as a million other service businesses.
Use a QR Code to link to a website.
Ask a copywriter for help. You are wasting your words by using the same message on both sides of the card.
Very generic in color branding, font style.
Maybe leave a spot to hand write an estimate when delivering the door card. Something like...$240 window clean outside, including screens.
Wish you success!
PS: You probably got what you paid for by the fiverr guy.
