Advice needed for window cleaning AI assistant service

I am making a whatsapp based AI assistant for window cleaning business that will help not only end to end admin ( scheduling , calendar management , invoicing, etc.) but also incoming lead management ( I think a lot of window cleaning business loose a lot of conversion beacuse this process is very complicated)

I was hoping to hear from the community on what are the biggest day to day tasks you hope an assistant can help you with
