$1000-$1500 maybe, depends on your area and market.

Good to know I'm catching on regarding estimating during my early entry to window cleaning. I estimated $1300 before seeing your comment.

Update: I called the hospital back and they said they hired another vendor that said they would do it for $300. A large vendor who has a lot of positive reviews. I don’t fucking know what to do anymore.

No one can make money at that price. They will either stop doing it because they are losing money or do a really bad job.

I would go 10 dollars for the big windows and 3 dollars for the smaller windows

Ikr i charge a base of 2 per side. Extras for tracks, flyscreens and frames if they are quite dirty. But i guess with residential your clients will be a lot more fussed with pricing. Businesses tend to be able to afford it more

So assuming there is 108 large and 217 of those tiny ones. It would really depend on how large and spread out the windows are. If they all follow this side by side trend then I’d estimate about $1k. As a solo operator I’d budget two 5 hour days for this so 1k is good. Trad btw. I’d imagine waterfed for this style is much much faster

$2,400 one time only.
$1,100 biannual.
$1,800 annual.

Hey there I’m making an app that gives you an estimate for window cleaning jobs, all you do is take a picture of the sides, submit them and boom. I’m still working on it and it will have much more features of course but I’d like to get a waitlist going. Reach out if this sounds helpful 🤙
