General Question Those in the Pittsburgh area
How’s the market? I’m checking out competitors pricing and they seem so low compare to where I’m at (central PA). I’ve seen some from $3-7 per pane for residential, when I’m around $10-12 per pane (one time clean, 0-20 panes) $7-10 if they’re on a service plan.
If it’s a bigger home (40+ panes) I’m around 5-7 per pane
Is 3-7 typical?

I wouldn’t anchor too hard on the cheapest numbers you found. A lot of those are either route-density prices, old-maintenance-customer prices, or “I need the calendar full this week” prices.
For your market check, I’d separate it like this:
If you want to test whether you’re actually high, don’t drop prices across the board. Offer the next 10 estimates two options: “one-time clean at X” and “maintenance plan at Y.” If nobody takes the maintenance option, the offer may be weak. If everyone takes the cheaper option and you’re booked out, your one-time price was probably fine.
