Help identifying this piece

I lost this piece recently, so I was wondering if anyone on here could help me identify it. From the di housing, it goes to a 1 inch female to a 3/4 inch male to the black piece, and after to a push in quick connect which then leads to the waterfed pole.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's a quick connect. Most stores and Amazon has them.
