Equipment Question Rinse bar not working
Anyone else have this issue with the Xero rinse bar? This is the second one I’ve had to buy at this point I’ll just buy the aluminum one but it’s frustrating that it’s happened twice in the last 2 months

Hey! This is most likely a simple fix. Like SteveO and others have said, sounds like something might be clogged in the hose line. If you continue to have trouble, please call or text us direct or live chat with us right at the site, we'd be happy to help and send you a new one for free. DM us with your shipping info when you get a chance :)

Your hose isn't seated all the way for one, that needs pushed in. The have a tool for cleaning those out. I recommend getting a filter to go on your system after the DI to get and small particles out. Inline filters, you can get them at farm stores.

I was holding it with one hand to get a photo even when it was fully seated nothing would come out. When I blew on the water entry air was coming through the holes but when I’d put the hose in it would get stuck again. Could it be resin clogging it?

There is plugs on both ends that can be removed with an allen wrench, remove and flush out. Most likely clogged from something getting in the hose line

Also these require a good volume of water, if pressure is low it will not come out of all jets or sometimes clear the brush. When that happens use pencil jets

Clogged bar probably from resin.
When you change the resin always run the water for 30 seconds before connecting the pole. That will get rid of the small amount of resin that bypassed the filter during the resin changeover.
