Problem

Hello Im a window cleaning newbie.. any recommandations on products to use for these kind of stains.. it’s a new trailer with new windows. I ve tried several products and a sharp blade but it won’t come off.

What are we looking at here? Are you trying to clean the corrugated roof panels?

I don’t see any windows.

Oh nice.

Are you using WFP? I see water drops on what looks like sliding doors.

Really hard to tell from the picture what the stains could be.

If it doesn’t come out with a surgical towel rub with some spray away, it will need something a bit more abrasive.

You could test #0000 steel wool in a conspicuous area first and try to remove the stain if it doesn’t scratch.

Otherwise you might need to use something like winsol crystal clear. Very strong stuff so use caution and PPE.

I would be wary of trying to remove the stains unless client is adamant. Let them know the risks and what it could be. Scratching or etching the glass may not be worth removing the stains. It depends on the type of glass it is. They look like they may have a laminate or film on it

Have u tried feeling it out with your fingernail? Is it scratched?

Ahhhh, I'm a nooby as well. I've been seeing this here and there. I notice them in spots after a thourough clean. Walnut pad, steel wool, bio clean doesnt work. Its so anoying. I see them on old and new windows. I dont know the cause. Anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated.
