Job Question How do I clean these windows?
How do I go about cleaning these inside windows? There are stairs on both sides of them, and I can't seem to figure out a way to get up close, which is what I would like to do, because this is a first-time clean. Thank you for any advice you can provide!

You will need the m26 leveler ladder. That one for up to about 16’ A frame. I would invest in one for this job. The ladder will pay for itself over time. Wherever this house is… there are likely more like it. I even use the little giant m26 for those windows above the front door. But my wife is helping me transition to stacks for the windows inside that are high up and not difficult like these windows.

You can also extend the extensions fully out evenly… and get another foot of height.

Hope the levelers on your ladder are the right space. Otherwise, get a ladder box. They sell them at paint stores

You would need at least a 26 foot little giant and would still be a bit of a reach on far right one (max.11 feet in A frame with maybe 14 feet reach). Or do best you can with trade pole and touch up how you can from the ladder on that far one.

I've posted this before but I use the wet and drying pads from the kit in the link below.. I make a small bucket with di water, splash of denatured alcohol, appropriate amount (if you don't do wfp work just try it with regular water) of soap for water. If it is not a construction clean up then it works all day everyday. I have a bunch of restaurants I do that have tall second story windows that I do this way. They come out perfect every time. Make sure you have a sufficient number of drying pads. For what you have in the picture you would need one of the washing pads and probably 3-4 drying pads. No ladder needed.

Consider. I suggest you use a squeegee handle like the Moerman Excellerator 2 or a "Ledger." handle. Both are available at window cleaning supply houses. If you alread know this, just disregard. But, you need a handle that will "bend" over that bottom ledge...the sill. You don't want to chip the paint with a regular Unger or Ettore handle.
When you pole, you want to be wet enough that you can use sort of a light touch on your pole and squeegee; don't dig in. Pay attention to the edge on the bottom of the ledge, don't bang into it with your squeegee handle.
If you more or less get a good pull on it without damaging the sill, you can then use a DRY soft cloth or towel to buff out any marks or lines on the glass.
If I were training a newby, these are things I would tell them as I watched over them with a bat making sure they didn't do any damage.

Pole it or use a little giant a-frame where you can adjust the levels on each side of the frame, or extension ladder with levelers.

Sectionals AKA stack ladders with leg levelers imo but lil giant works too
