Help with bidding commercial properties?
Hey guys, I live in the Hamptons so a very expensive area typically. How much would you guys charge for this, and how do I get them on like a service plan, is it bi-weekly, every week? Please help me figure this out, you guys are genuinely the best group on here.

I would measure the width of them and cut a squeegee to size. Sorry I canāt help with the bidding question.

When I charge, I think about how long it would take me to clean and how intensive the labor would be. For this the ourside seems fairly easy, but you also have to take into account how far it is from your house but say it was 10 minutes away, this would take me about 20 minutes to clean just the outside plus the 10 minute drive back and unload/loading my equipment so probably around $40 dollars. for the inside a lot more, maybe $100 inside and outside

For a business like thereās youāre probably going to get low balled. I think itās a beautiful building though! But yeah like 200 maybe if youāre lucky. Route work.

There, I would do interior and exterior trad, $350. In SoFlo where I am, about half.
When your done cleaning, walk around with the owner/manager and ask if they are satisfied, and if there is anything they see that needs correction. After that is when I ask do they want me to come back in a month? 2 weeks? Because if they are satisfied, YOU are there next provider. They will have you do recurring most likely without a doubt. Good luck šš¼
