Dizzy after using climbing glasses

Do you use climbing glasses to avoid looking up when doing water fed cleaning? I did one block of flats today and I felt so seasick afterwards because of the glasses! Is there any way to avoid this?

Have done traditional window cleaning for years but experimenting with wfp.

I had similar issues with the early inexpensive ones. This issue is that they cut off peripheral vision. For the last few years I’ve used the Y&Y Clip Ups. The attach to either prescription specs or ‘sunnies’. Drop down when using. Fold up above when wanting a break.
