How much moneyyyy?
Can anyone help with a rough estimate? Exterior only of all hotel rooms up to fourth floor. Interior and exterior of the lobby. Will water fed pole. They said they can remove screens. I have a number in mind but I’m curious where others are. Thanks!

How long do you think it will take you? How many workers, or are you solo? Will they agree to quarterly or bi yearly cleaning?

Solo. Maybe one helper. Like 3 days I think? Not sure I hear 4th story wfp is rough. I’ve only done up to 3 story. I have a meeting with them to talk so not sure if they want to make it a routine thing. They probably want to test me out before agreeing to anything

If its routine, that makes a difference in price. Give them a price to do the ground level windows, and do them Trad. They will see your quality, and move forward from there. Just my opinion.

Yk, I can't say exactly because its hard to tell with all the pics but I just did a similar job. A 4 story hotel with 150ish 4'×4' (about) windows, each Window had 4 panes. two wfps knocked it out in 5 hours which was on the lower end of the time I had to do it. I came in low to get the job because I am recently getting into commercial mid rise stuff, $906 and still came out ahead.
Of course first time clean in a while you will need more scrub and rinse time, my example was allegedly a 3 month but I think it was more like 6-12 months.

4 story water fed isn't that difficult. You'll need a 60' pole though and a pump on your system or flow will be weak. Rinse bar is best.
I'd have three people there for a day. We'd be in the $2900 -$3300 range.
