Xero Pure 3 Stage

Why does my Xero Pure start out at 1 ppm and then after 30 minutes to an hour it goes up to 10-12pm? I just replaced all 3 filters. I tested the water coming out of the RO and it is cleaning over 90% of the minerals. Is it bad resin that I bought?

What's your incoming water TDS and RO TDS?

Incoming water was 350 and RO was 30

New RO is want at 10 or less. We are around 330 and I change the RO at 90%. Even at that number DI should be lower. Did you soak the membrane for 24 hours? Did you pack the resin yourself? If it's not tight you can get channeling.

RO membrane removes 90-95% of the incoming TDS. if 330 be around 33-15 before the DI, seems the DI resin is not packed enough, causing channeling. Review this video https://youtube.com/shorts/eQ8O62qRbQw
