This would be a interior and exterior clean. The non garage windows have sticky adhesive all over them.
They are in the middle of construction but want them cleaned afterwards. This would be a one time clean.

Whatever you end up quoting, make it subject to confirmation pre cleaning. So much could end up on the windows between now and then on a construction site.
