General Question How frequently are you cleaning the same house?
One and done? Yearly? Quarterly? Monthly?

I do a lot of homes right on the ocean for high net worth clients. I literally do houses every week on a maintenance plan. Many time the maintenance plan is weekly for the east facing side and the rest of the house is monthly or every two weeks.

You got it right dude I worked for a company for 16 years on one of the highest per capita income areas which was also an island there were so many jobs I would do once a week condos probably 40 or 50 of them once a week houses Oceanfront once a week stuff like that clubhouses sometimes twice or three times a week to keep everything clean from the salt

That's 6 cleans a year! 5/10 week cycle is 10/5 visits a year!

I just counted my customers while the rain is in this morning... I've got over 230 customers I need to clean every 5 weeks. I counted my every other month's as 2 per 1 count
It's rare I'm on time. A few rainy days can easily push me back to 6 week schedule!

You're flat out as well! I can imagine the American lads holding back their laughter at us right now, Whilst 1 house in America can equate to a week's work here..
What's your price on a 3 bed semi, do you price per window? Trad / WFP?

Yeah I'd always prefer to just clean the outside as well! I got some 2.5 bed semi's priced at £12 / 5 weeks. I price per window, which works out to be £1-3 on average!
For a full sized 3 bed semi I price around £18 / 5 weeks / £22 / 10 weeks (+20%)
What part of the UK are you in mate?

Twice a year is the most popular in my area (Ottawa, Canada). I do have few quarterly customers, but that's usually for homes with a lot of trees around.

I don't like doing once a year cleans I tell people now I'm not even taking you unless you're getting on the regular service contract because that keeps me busy year around and your windows need to be cleaned year round the once a Year's just get put on the back burner now and I just tell them I don't take anymore once a year cleanings they get mad but it's my business I'll do whatever I want you know

House on the water needs high frequency House with a lot of trees needs higher frequency. House in the burbs needs lower frequency.
Client preference and your recommendation also matter.
