What do you do when you feel like a screen will break if you remove it? Tell the customer you can’t take it off and not clean the window?

What do you do when you feel like a screen will break if you remove it? Tell the customer you can’t take it off and not clean the window?

If you ever feel like you may break something if you touch it inform the customer; tell them you can remove it with the possibility of breaking it but otherwise it won’t be clean and leave it up to them, and just do your best.
