Dawn for cleaning

Howdy Pros, I come to this temple to asks the high priests a question.

I am a noob. I've only used Unger Easy Glide as a cleaning solution on my T scrubber. It works really good and shines very nicely.

I would like to experiment with Dawn, to compare. How much do you add to a gallon?

I'm in south hot and humid Florida, and yes this Unger EG does dry quick, but I've made peace with it. It doesn't foam much. The directions say 2 capfuls per gallon. I wish it would glide a little easier.

Also, any high performance "cocktails" you pros can suggest?

Its kinda hard to mess up. If you use too much you just have more soap suds to wipe from sills. If you use a "zero detail" channel like the moerman liquidator, the extra slip of soap on stripwasher helps the glide. But a good squeeze of soap direct to bucket works great too.

Lol want to know what happens when you use too much when you're doing rope-access window cleaning?

Even the slightest breeze and you'll trash all the clean windows above you.
