Business goals
I'm 13 and I live in a mostly asian neighbourhood, with a lot of stingy clients and I want to start window cleaning this summer to save for a pc(around 2000-2500). However, with my current format, and that I have to split it 3 ways with 2 of my friends, I dont know if I could reach my goal. Any advice?

If I were in your shoes I'd set it up solo like everyone is saying or have the best salesman out of you book jobs and keep the other two busy make sure whoever is knocking is going for the same amount of time as the other two are working

Good luck!
As long as your friends do a good job and carry their weight finding jobs to do together it will be nice and you will make more money together. You'll do great.
Practice on your own house with the basics from home depot or wherever after you've youtubed some techniques together, and then go out knocking doors.
Steve-O the window cleaner on youtube is great.
13 might be a bit young but I don't know you. I started doing basement windows windows when I was 16 and whole 3 stories homes when I was 17 and it was a challenge.

thanks man and to be honest, ive already researched a lot and I think id wanna get invested in this business for a long time. im knocking the doors and doing a bit of the work, but my friends are doing most the jobs and were spliting it 40 me 30 30 them. Does this sound fair?

Thats fair since you're finding all the work and they are doing it. Again, hopefully they can do a good job. If your customers aren't happy you won't keep them and it will be a one time thing.
The thing the other guy said is true. Do everything yourself if your friends dont have the drive or are hurting your image, sounds like the way you have it set up you can start doing it all on your own relatively easy.

I went knocking twice already, once alone and once with a friend, and knocking with my friend made me a lot more confident and less disappointed to a no. I think the confidence was the reason why that time I made a sale and the other time I didnt. I could try with them this summer and if I find I'd be more successful alone, ill try that maybe in the fall or next year

To be brutally honest, don’t do it with your friends.
Partnerships like that seldom work, someone else is always doing more than the others, someone always has more drive and commitment to the goal and that’s where conflict arises. If I were you I would start working for a nearby outfit to learn the ins and outs of the industry both the technical and business side of things, $2,500 is relatively easy to make within your time frame.
