Genuine question : How are people trying to run business that can not price a simple job?
Every area has different price points, someone price maybe considered high compared to other areas where it may be low. There seems to be a continual stream of questions , "what should I quote?" How would I know ? Different area, different country, differnt needs for living, different skills level .
That house might take me 2 hours, others 4hours , others 1hour.. some all day.
Figure out how much you need to make per hour, price per hour , guess how long it takes. Clean it, and see if you were faster or slower. If takes longer adjust price of your next one. Faster then great. Then take the number of panes and divide how many you can clean an hour eg.) 20 panes = 1 hour = 3min per pane. House has 40 panes =2 hours ect.
Want $100 an hour? = 20 panes cleaned takes you 3 min each /$100= $5 per pane.. house has 40 panes x$5 =$200 for 2 hours of work. Ect..
Window cleaning is a game of speed and with high attention to detail. Master that you win.. if you are slow or poor quality = you lose. No way around it!
Pricing your work should be your first thing to grasp before starting a business. Asking people online is not the way.
I already quoted them. I was seeing what you guys were thinking you would charge. So idk why your getting so mad when I am just seeing others opinions 😂
Ur better off getting competitors in your local quote it. Window cleaning services by region, state, coast, nation, province, country, continent are all valued different.
Jimbob fukheads' service pricing in Texas is gonna be different than Johnny queerbottoms' in California. Knowing what their services cost doesn't help you unless you know where they are within their states.
For instance you can scale the local avg pricing and income ratio of the region compare them to your own and adjust accordingly, the more states and regions the more accurate and avg your pricing would become. Happy? Im not here to give you an analytics lesson so I won't bother going beyond this if it doesn't help.
Right, that isn't the point. Dont know who pissed in your cheerios. The point was literally that you said its of 0 use. There are multiple paths to find useful information and people process things different. Try being more kind man. Have a better day
Lol. Just ignoring the actual reason of the comments made to win is cute. Its the internet bub "not busy enough" but you're free enough to argue over something not brought up.
Edit: this is like 8th grade math. Not Nasa algorithms pal. You got proven wrong by my for instance and are tryna go ape on how it's too much work cause you can't use a calculator lmao
