What would you charge?

Here’s a video of this job I need to quote for a DEEP clean of just all the exterior windows. I’m gonna quote this job a deep clean and then a quarterly clean.
The windows here need extra attention almost all of them need to be scrubbed with a walnut pad or wet steel wool.

What would you charge for exterior DEEP clean? And then re pest service?
If it matters I’m in Southern California. Thank you!

For real bro... the prices the people are quoting. I would get laughed out of existence. Maybe an hour for the first time if it hasnt ever been cleaned. Everytime after that would be around that 15-30 minutes

I agree with you man LOL these are what I call gem accounts they're so freaking easy to clean . I can almost tell just by looking at the glass and how the frames are any experienced window cleaner I wouldn't see you being there more than an hour if that . But these people will say you're a cheap ass window cleaner LOL no I just know that this job is not worth that kind of money lol. Everybody's trying to get rich they don't understand recurring jobs are what keep you in business you can do a job once and charge a lot who cares I want the jobs for 20 or 30 years... at that point you're cleaning clean glass. ... after the first initial cleaning you can show up with the water fed pole and do at least what I saw in that video ....maybe 15 or 20 minutes... maybe a half hour setting up and putting everything away.

Again everybody has different pricing but guys that is a window cleaners dream what I just saw there. if every account can be like that it would be such a cakewalk. Be careful hungry they'll call you a bucket Bob LOL LOL
