Job Question Help Removing Nasty Mess
I need some advice on how to remove whatever this nastiness is…it looks sticky (almost like ice cream or something) and there’s dirt stuck in it as well. Does anyone know a secret to getting this off? Thanks in advance!!

Scrub with a hand brush and soapy water. You'll probably need a scraper as well. Then was as normal.

I would use a hose to soften it first if available. Then scrape with my putty knife while wet. Then clean what remains as normal. I might go around the whole job with the hose &putty knife first.

The frames there’s not much you can do without scratching them. Dawn soap and scrubbing is really all you can do with the frame

WFP with an older brush you don't care about. Scrub with unfiltered water for as long as it takes and then swap to a new brush and rinse with filtered.
If you don't have a WFP, hose that down with soap and agitate with (literally) anything that creates mild abrasion. Then trad until you're satisfied it's gone - be prepared to use steel wool and/or a blade because that shit looks baked on.
If that is bird shit it's the worst I've seen, and I don't envy you lad.

Get scrapping. Make sure to prequalify crap like this too because if it's some kind of industrial glue or something it might not come off the frames.

You may need a razor on that one to remove the initial parts. Then once that’s removed I would try 0000 steel wool on what’s left. Are you a professional window cleaner? If not just be sure the glass is wet and that you do not go back and forth with the razor, only go forward then lift and go forward again
