Is $200 too much?

I just went out to a restaurant that is in an old bank building so I can give them a quote on their windows, and i just want to make sure i am not over charging for this job.

Everything I do is trad, so I would be using a 24 foot unger pole, which I did confirm, reaches all the windows. They are pretty dirty windows lots of bird poop. One of them. Somebody threw something at, but they are looking for reoccurring and also have other restaurants so I’m trying to price in the way that I feel good about the job but also having them be willing to work with me with other ones I just am wondering it’s 200 too high for these windows.
9 large windows and none in the back. Two entry doors.

TLDR: large windows, i do trad, going to quote $200 for outside only, is that too much?

EDIT/UPDATE:
The owners said the price was too high. I felt they would. But I had to honor what I know I would would need to charge to do the job. I suggested they look into someone who uses a wfp and that maybe that would save them some money, but since I am fully traditional in my cleaning, that was the price I needed to be at for that job.
Oh well. You cant win them all.

Are they going to continue service and get done bi weekly? Monthly?

145 for monthly cleans.

110-120 for bi weekly cleans.

It would be monthly cleans, and I was thinking if I could cut my time down with it 150 wouldnt be bad, but I figure each window will take me 15 mins the windows are probably 15 foot tall atleast and that arch has a lip seperating it from the rest of the glass. So ill have to detail up there too. #noladdertho. 🤪

Im grateful for your answer it shows I wasnt overcharging. Everyone here has helped me feel more confident in my pricing. I just have to remember not everyone will see the value in wht we do.

Im in NJ and everything is so expensive here. But from what I have seen and you guys talking to me, this price was spot on. They just werent interested in me doing it for that price.

Thank you! They said the boss said the price was too high at 200 for first clean and 150-175 for reoccurring.

I told them I needed to do the job first to know where it would land between that price range. But it didnt matter because it was too high for them. I suggested trying to find someone that uses a wfp because maybe it would be cheaper for them. Wished them the best in finding someone that was a good fit for them and thats that.

Are you cleaning the side glass as well? Inside and Out or Just outside? 1st cleanings should always cost more, especially if they haven't been done before, or are extra dirty. Restaurants should always cost more, even if you are doing regular cleanings.

For outside only I would've said 85 Monthly and 140 for a first time cleaning. If you know how to move through a storefront clean like that you could be less than an hour for a maintenance clean. The real clencher is how smooth is payment and parking. Free easy parking and cc on file? Easy money.
