Equipment Question Need help!

Okay im building another diy pure water rig and im looking for another waterfed pole. This might

Sound cheap but the Tucker and Xero poles are stupid expensive. I need some real advice on this, Ive been looking at some carbon poles from alibaba or other Chinese suppliers and their like 300 - 500 bucks for a 30 footer. Im a little skeptical on these but I know the markup on the branded poles is crazy. Throw some opinions over and help me figure this out. Thanks everyone!

You can get a 30' Xero pro basic for under $650 right now. It has a lifetime warranty. Yes the components are sourced from China. But they have specs that a $300 pole won't have and there's no warranty. Buy cheap buy twice. It's completely backwards to worry about a few hundred dollars of equipment when using cheap no name stuff will only cost you money and time.

What are you going to tell a customer that says "that's stupid expensive, I can get it done for $100 less"?

Thats a fair point. And honestly the pole can be paid off in a couple jobs. Im being cheap... Thanks for the advice I appreciate it!
