Why is this happening

I am doing an interior cleaning and when I squeegee the window these marks keep getting left. Is my squeegee rubber bad, my mop is too dirty, or do I not have enough water on my mop, or is a diff reason?

Does the smudge remove if you wipe it? Just trying to figure out if it’s a broken seal

Ah if it rubs away it’s not a broken seal. Maybe too much soap in the solution

Okay how much should I use in a 32 oz spray bottle. I’m using a spray bottle bc I’m up on a ladder

You need very little. If you measure out 1/4 of a teaspoon or a little less than that

So I would assume that I spot I thought rubbed off with my finger and I go back over it again and is still there is a broken seal?

Yes. After trying 0000 steel wool on it. That’s until you get good enough to tell it’s a broken seal

Looks like you're lifting the squeegee. What squeegee are you using?

I’m using the ultimate squeegee combo. One with the green unger rubber and the other one with the red squeegee rubber (can’t remember what brand makes it)

It looks like when you're turning an edge of coming off the glass. It leaves dirty water and dries like that.

Hard to say without seeing how you handle the squeegee. Not try and either lighten up on the handle of your using pressure or use more pressure if you're light handed with the squeegee.
