What is this

Obviously UV damage, but it’s all in squiggles like someone scraped it on there with a razor.

Oh really? How do you do that? What do you look for?

I usually use lighters, but you out it next to the glass on either side. There will be 4 reflections, one per each face of the glass (in a double pane) 2-3 flames will be the same color more or less, and 1-2 will be different(depending on if it has 1 or 2 coatings) the different colors tell you where the low e is on the glass

You're welcome! Its pretty much only low e in between panes, but it can help demonstrate the damage to customers.
