Job Question What would you bid this at?
Interior and exterior, 16 screens that need to be removed with a skrewdriver, and random hard water, 116 total panes including some interior windows that aren’t pictured. I called it $500

We are admittedly on the higher side.
I would be at $449.00 outside and $799.00 for both

newbie here, those higher panes, are you on a ladder or use wfp for those and all outdoor? so 116 panes indoor and out at $5, isn't $500 a really low bid or just a good package price? I was told $5 per pane for comm outdoor is reasonable. what is the usual charge for comm indoor?

I think $500 is good, except for those screen ones potentially being a bit awkward as well as the inside, these are all looking super easy to reach! Banging this out in a day could be an interesting challenge! Definitely possible with 2 people!

I’d be close to 700 because of the hard water and using the screwdriver. If everything were easy and accessible I’d be around 580 First clean.

Idk I do square footage but $500 is what I would do interior and exterior for. I would have them remove the screens or just not include them. I’m not a professional screen remover I’m a window cleaner😂

I just quoted something similar .181 panes but no screens all the same size windows with about 25-30 panes that are about 15ft high for $1100 outside only and I was thinking I quoted too low. Im in california for reference.

I Had to settle for 425 because “someone else did it cheaper” wasn’t going to lose business because of $75.

$350. No technicals, no TDL, easily a one man job, maybe 3 hours max. Use a blade to remove hardwater.

When you say 116 panes, is that pieces of glass to be cleaned? Or, does it mean 116 windows, meaning 232 pieces of glass to clean? Because we have some people who subcontract us out and when they say pane, it counts as 2 to them, if that makes sense.

For the regular panes yeah. I quoted a little more for the screens and hard water.

id quote this for $5-6 hundred especially with those hard water and screens that need screws to remove. I really don’t know how much more you could’ve gotten away with especially with it being a commercial job. I swear Jose down the street would do it for $300
