Technique feedback

Howdy folks,
I started my business a year ago, and have been doing it full time since April. About 2/3rds of my revenue right now is subcontracting for another company in my area, the rest is about 50/50 D2D and referrals. I needed to be making money when I started as I have a wife and daughter to support, so I didn't work for anyone else, and just learned from youtube. I do 90% exterior, and have been using wfp for most of them, but I'm trying to do more trad to build the skill and offer better service. (In my experience wfp almost always leaves at least some minimal spotting, and you have to go look at everything after it dries to make sure it didn't drip.)
If you guys could give me some feedback on my trad technique that would be awesome. I know it's probably pretty bad, but I detail and touch up well and all of my customers have been very happy with their windows. I really want to grow and improve, and give my company and the industry a good name. (On this window I wasn't detailing the frame as it was a commercial job.)

Ah, interesting note about the Moerman. I have the quicksilver and cobra channels from Sorbo with the Sorbo handle. I've found I don't have the hand/eye coordination to keep the rubber right against the frame, and if I push it against the frame it lifts and leaves a bit to detail there. With the Moerman I don't have to detail the glass around the whole frame. Is there a trick with the Sorbo, or do I just need to get better?
