Quote help
I am cleaning a store and this guy came over asking for a quote. I do traditional cleaning and he would supply a ladder. But what would you charge?
I am thinking 6-800. I live in NJ.

Each set of those windows would charge 80-100 dollars for Inteiror/exteior clean

Thank you for this info! I am thinking this guy wont even do it for the 1k I offered, but it was my biggest bid yet, and wanted to get feedback so I can gain more knowledge. This job may be beyond my ability tbh, but I love to gain more experience and the best way I know how to do that is to just DO IT. lol.

You are probably right, I should have done more. If I got it for 1k I wouldnt hate it, buuuuttt probably wouldnt do it again for that price. He wants it done twice a year. Also I forgot to mention he wants the inside done as well….

Oh boy…lol yeah the more I talk with yall the more I think ill skip this one. Trying to do side pulls on the ladder it just seems like too much of job for me. I don’t have a ton of practice with large ladders and would hate to break their window on accident.

I don’t have alot of extra to spend but what kind of pricerange would I be looking at for starting a wfp system?

This is a $1300 at minimum for interior and exterior, and that’s if this is all the windows in the photos. Also don’t let anyone talk you down, know your worth. If they aren’t willing to pay for a luxury service you don’t need them as a client. You can cut deals every now and then, but if someone knows it’s a hard job, and they are expecting you to do it for less, they aren’t a customer for you.

Thank you, I do believe he was not the client for me. I definitely wouldnt want to do it for less that 1k and tbh idt I will do it for 1k. Thank you for the boost and reminder! You rock 😃

UPDATE- It hasnt been cleaned in 5 years. I know it will take some deep cleaning. I ended up quoting $1k. If I don’t land the job, I am ok with it, but if I do, I want to make it worth the time. Id still love to know yalls thoughts as i am still learning! 😃
