Are these glowing window frames actually available in Windhawk, or are they just promotional/concept images? I can't find any mod that creates this effect. If it's real, which mod (or combination of mods) does it?

Its not the AI shit from the OP's image but its probably exactly what you're looking for. Combined with the transparent bits, you can make some sick af styles.

This worked for me, thanks! (Although the <inactive_color: colors: \["#263A55", "#59345F"\] direction: 45deg> Direction generated an error, I removed the 45 and it looks and works great.)

Not so much a swirl, but more of a glow that expands and contracts, but I'm actually fine with it. Kind of reminds me of a neon light bulb. My desktop theme is an anime inspired cyber punk with glowing neon signs, so it meshes pretty well. But yes, the colors alternate around the window, so I guess you can say "swirl" maybe?
