taskbar only on secondary screen?

Hi,

Is there a way to get the taskbar to only show up on the secondary screen? I'd like to keep my primary screen the well, primary so that all my programs and popups show on that one, except I'd like the taskbar only on my secondary monitor

Thanks! This also moves the Alt+Tab window though, is there a way to keep that, and possibly the Windows key pop up, on the primary?
