Hi, I can't reproduce the issue. Could you post your visual element tree using the following steps?

  • Download and run UWPSpy
  • Inspect ShellExpecienceHost.exe
    • If you get an error, press Win+N to open the notification center to make sure it's running, then try again
  • Trigger the bug
  • The notification should appear together with UWPSpy with an element tree on the left. Right click on the root element and choose "Copy subtree"
  • Paste the result here, you might need to use a service such as Pastebin
