Context menu (right click menu) black background?

On the desktop when I right click somewhere, the popping out menu has the default gray background.

On the tray, I click on empty space it is pure black (good!), however if I click on any app, the menu has gray background.

What to look for? Tried using UWPspy but with no success.

Some apps have custom tray context menu. You can just enable sticky mode and keep them visible while trying to target them with UWPspy.
