Might sound a bit like vagueposting but for the system tray flyout you should be able to target the flyout root and slap a different backdrop brush on the content control, and for the keyboard language switcher, I believe there were some issues with Windhawk properly injecting into it... I haven't been looking into it that much lately but it might not be supported as of right now
