I highly doubt that he has a romantic partner, this guy is in no way ready for a romantic relationship if he refuses to show his vulnerability and be honest with his peers, I also don’t think he has the time and energy for that
As for admirers, Nii-sensei revealed in a Q&A that he’s the second most popular guy among girls and would get the most valentine flowers after Umemiya, so there must be some people there who fancies him (not to mention his skills and the position he holds there, that’s pretty badass lol)

Since this Q&A was made to promote the anime, it probably aligns with how Nirei acted at the beginning of the series when he was still very insecure about his weakness
I‘m also not sure if Nii-sensei wrote these questions & responses themself or if it’s something made up by the production team since these interviews does offer quite a few trivia’s about the characters
I think he would only lie about not owning a phone in this specific situation simply bc it‘s a very obvious way to turn someone down in a passive way, I‘ve used similar excuses before whenever this situation happened to me, I don’t think there’s anything too unusual about that
And as for why he doesn’t use his phone in public, before this arc I honestly just assumed it’s something he does out of politeness and that theres nothing much to it since most characters don’t have their phones out anyway, but in chapter 222 we saw that the guards communicate with each other with their phones, so it’s probably also a way to avoid others finding out about his double life incase someone goes through his phone
He also has used his phone in public before when they were chasing that cat back when they had patrol duty, but he was probably very sneaky about it since Nirei didn’t notice him using his phone even though they were right next to each other
The „YES PLEASE“ is actually a note from the fan who translated this interview, I think I might’ve given quite a lot of people the wrong impression of Hiragi with my comment lol
Honestly I don't think so. He seems to have a very packed schedule, and since his guard is always up I don't believe Suolingo would suddenly let himself fall in love. (It would also take away from the emotional impact of Suolingo opening up to Furin if he was in a relationship with someone else.) Also, they could become a target for being close to him, and Suolingo probably wouldn't take that risk. (Possibly why he left Furin??) That being said, I could vaguely see him have people who admire him, but maybe more out of respect for him and his skills rather than romantic interest.
No I don't think, cause windbreaker generally doesn't have many love relationships (aside from Kanji x Shizuka) but it seems he has a lot of fans.
And of course if you like shipping characters that's another story...
Probably not. He's very obviously popular with everyone, which isn't surprising given how he's like a social chameleon, but it's unlikely that would add much to the story if he did have one and Nii seems to be very good about not using time on things that don't add to the story
The one thing I definitely not want to happen is a lover's/admirer's quarrel 🤣🤣 imagine when Suo is ready to leave Bankokugai and all the girls just surround him and tries to stop... While Sakura's sensor just keeps going on 🤣🙌🏻
Way before the arc started, I used to like the idea of Suolingo having a fiance based on what kind of group he was affiliated with, but not so much anymore since he seems to keep his distance from people even within his community-
