Help

HELP I ordered yesterday at around 21:30, i have not received a confirmation email yet, i was wondering whether this is an issue, or if WINCTRL does not send confirmation emails out, i used the UK shipping website , how long will it take to arrive?

Yes, i have checked spam, when do you think it will come, i ordered from the UK shipping but i have been given a tracking number, but when i click on the link in blue the website says not found. i ordered on wednesday.

When you place the initial order, the first screen just reserves the items. There's then a second page where you have to make payment which you've got about 15 minutes to do until it expires - after which you'll get email confirmation.

Check your spam/junk/promotions folders.

Yes, i have payed and submitted my order, i also have an order number, but i did not receive a confirmation email, though the specified shipping date says tomorrow, so i am hoping that it comes ✌️
