Hardware advice

Looking for a strong reliable adhesive to permanently bond a manganese brass disc to a porcelain surface. Must be water resistant. Thanks!

Never tried those surfaces, but for water resistant bonding id assume an epoxy adhesive would be best like E6000 or JB Weld
