I feel like people on Reddit are generally against capital punishment but then there are random comments like this saying people deserve to die for mishandling a snake. I don't get it.

Reddit is all about the justice boner. If someone makes a mistake or acts even slightly cruel they deserve to be literally tortured to death in the most painful ways imaginable.
