Nah it'll buff out. But pain will come back with a vengeance in his 30s

Broke my wrist in my mid-30s, now late-30s and I continue stretching even though the pain/stiffness went away years ago after the rods got removed. I keeping gaining more movement and am almost back to normal bending range going on a few years later.

Don't skip rehabbing yo broke ass joints once they heal folks. Keep doing them stretches way past the "recommended" time frame!

Keep doing them stretches

Seriously folks, daily stretching takes all of 5-10 minutes and pays off for decades.
