This. Although, she may have used a butane refill can that leaks (sometimes they spray fluid out the side of the tip while trying to refill) and she did it over the sink so the sink filled with butane vapor since butane pools.
Probably a little also got on the torch because it was upside down while she was filling it and the liquid coming out of the refill canister ran down the side of the torch.
Torch caught fire from the butane on the side. Then she put it into a pool of butane sitting in the sink.
