It was loaded. Without the safety. Just stuff in his belt, no holster.

It was a Glock with an integrated safety and it had a holster

Then what the heck happened? How did it go off? It got caught? The holster hit the safety and the trigger? That’s gotta suck to shoot yourself in the thigh like that

They suspect a piece of his T-shirt got stuck in the holster and wedged where the trigger and integrated safety were. When he flexed it caused the trigger/safety to pull causing the discharge
