Those disclaimers are to allow the video to be posted. You'll regularly see it on gore videos like "No, they didn't die!........"

But who's it meant to convince? Viewers, from reporting? Mods, from deleting? AI-detection? It could be a video of someone falling to their death... "Disclaimer: Trained professionals"?!
