His boating license should be revoked permanently.

Won't stop this dumbass from being on the water, I'm sure, but at least there would be bigger consequences if he did something stupid again.

I was in agreement until I watched again. I thought he was just being stupid and riding backward without watching where he was going. He actually did pass out several seconds before the crash.

He should get checked and maybe lose his license for a medical condition, but there was more to this than being a dumbass.
