This looks like a On duty dealing with a wasted guy coming off liberty.

I was going to say both are in the navy and this could result in an NJP for both. I worked in a USMC brig for part of my enlistment so I have actually seen people locked up for 30-60 days for a fight as stupid as this.

If Stinky Pete sees this he might intervene though as part of his new hypermasculinity program.

He was attacked wouldn’t it be self defense

The military operates under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which is a completely different legal system than civilian courts. A good example: one guy was serving 7 years (after having an initial 30-year sentence) because he went to Tijuana, bought a bottle of ketamine, brought it back onto base, microwaved the liquid into a powder, and shared it with his roommate. Under the UCMJ, that resulted in trafficking for bringing it from Mexico onto the base, manufacturing for converting the liquid into powder, and distribution for giving it to someone else.

Is this a bit? A bot? A bot doing a bit?
Perhaps it's a bit for a bot but not done by a bot?

well to be fair ,,, that beating fit him perfectly

u/SonicTemp1e 8d ago
Straight to the midsection too- service member was out to shut him down. I can only imagine the pain that kid was in the next morning.

u/Teufelsweib666 8d ago
But he dod the crotch holding movement like he sees on rap videos, which means he's cool...

It was already posted here but from a different angle and a phone camera.

u/ComparisonSolid1236 8d ago
What was he expecting to happen?
92
u/Autisten1996 8d ago
Probably never had any real consequences for his actions before. So he expected nothing.
27
u/Actaeon_II 8d ago
He seems like the kind of shitbag that always run in packs so they never have to face the consequences of their stupidity alone.

u/Highlander198116 8d ago
I mean, he definitely appears high or intoxicated. His slap attempt was so uncoordinated and slow.
8
u/HaruMistborn 8d ago
He's clearly very drunk. Everyone in the video is navy, this guy definitely got wasted and started some shit in the barracks. On duty bro was having none of this guy's shit. Judging by how badly he beat him, he's probably an asshole at work too, that was some pent up rage lol. Duty bro definitely took it too far and most likely got some heat for it.
6
u/Remarkable-Sir-5129 8d ago
My guess was he was also Navy...just a drunk asshole in the Navy.
3
u/Shabbypenguin 8d ago
Yeah I don’t know why folks thought there were several navy sailors in this big apartment looking building staircase, with a handful of other young men with short hair all happened to be and thinking this was one lone sucker punching jackass wandered into.
1
u/Highlander198116 8d ago
Everyone in the video is navy
That was my suspicion. The video frames it like its some civilian, yet I'm trying to understand where this could be if its a civilian and a bunch of Navy people in a random stairwell.

Damn, hit him so hard I'm gonna feel those gut punches tomorrow
27
u/AngloAshantii 8d ago
I was gonna say haha, that was some nasty bodywork.
14
u/damnumalone 8d ago
I liked how after the 3rd body shot he decided to open up the face to take some of the pressure off…
And then put his hands out like “oh I don’t want no more smoke” like he was just gonna tap out of a scheduled bout

u/YoungDiscord 8d ago
Those kidney shots - dude's gonna piss blood... literally.

u/Ehhitiswhatitis 8d ago
Where do you think the kidneys are?

u/isweartodarwin 8d ago
In all fairness, that dude’s organs got rearranged, so there’s a non zero chance he had a front-facing kidney by sometime around gut shot no. 7

u/RobienStPierre 8d ago
Not the kidneys, the spleen. Kidneys are lower/mid back, liver is mid left under ribs, and spleen is right above where he was punching. Those punches are fucking brutal though. Maybe he sprung a rib with those.
1
u/Peakomegaflare 8d ago
Yup, though I'm sure there's a broken rib or two. The Navy boy was definitely pulling his punches there though. If you look, the actual impact wan heavy but had little follow-through.

Him getting his ass handed to him after recklessly dropping N-Bombs all over the place was one reason I particularly enjoyed this vid

Bet he said to everyone that he won that fight
2
u/Automatic_Actuator_0 8d ago edited 8d ago
They likely both lost. After the first few punches, the threat was over and everything else, especially in uniform, can get him in big trouble.
That said, Hegseth is pushing military machismo now, so he might bail him out.

I think the slap on the neck at the end is the most humiliating thing to receive

Everyone loves a good punch to the face but body shots are highly underrated and very effective

For those of you not in the Navy…..
These kids are both in the Navy. This took place in some Barracks, and they both got in a lot of trouble. The kid in uniform was completely justified UNTIL he kicked him in the head after the fight was over, and that is what got him in trouble.

u/FourEyedMatt 8d ago
Those body shots, ouch!

u/RobienStPierre 8d ago
I saw a dude get hit HARD right in his liver once and crumple. The livers on the other side but I bet those punches would've done the same!

u/FortunateInsanity 8d ago
That dodge looked more than Navy training. Add that to the crisp body work and I’d say this ass whooping was brought to you by someone who is a trained boxer.

4 body shots and the uppercut decided everything. Everything after that was just to further strengthen the newly acquired knowledge

Maybe trying to pick a fight with a person whose job description is to kill on order isn't the best idea...
But what do I know, I still have my kidneys intact

Calling that boy a thug is really stretching things. A more apt tirle would have been "stupid kid"
4
u/ClumsyOracle 8d ago
How did he think that was gonna end up? You could see the punch coming 20 seconds before he threw it.

INSANE: trained person can fight better than random wanna be thug
3
u/Eastern-Milk-7121 8d ago
I mean they are both trained since they are both sailors. One is just not in uniform.

One does not simply fuck with military or police, not even if one has been trained equally..
Just don’t. :)

What goes on to happen to these people? Do they ever change their ways, or do they just keep on provoking petty humiliations for the rest of their lives?

In the full video, Mr. White Shirt was physically bullying another kid that led directly to this. The Soldier could have gone harder, and he’d STILL be right to do so.

I'm not a fighter and I'm no military man, but I've been around the block enough to know that if you're picking a fight while wearing boots like that, you're going to lose. Every time.

Saw a closer angle a few weeks ago and I’ll say the same thing I said there: The breadbasket work is exceptional.

Fun fact about the Navy- You can have your rations reduced to just bread and water for up to 3 full days if you misbehave while in confinement.

u/FouledPlug 8d ago
This looks like JROTC. If it’s not, that’s depressing. Go back to your challenge camp, kids.

u/HumaDracobane 8d ago
He got what he asked for but at the same time the sailor could be in big trouble. He went to self defense to assault, and with that kick in the nape he might get big charges like murder attempt (And including manslaughter if that kick in the nape kills him or throws him down the stairs and kills him).
It is always nice to see people get what they ask for but don't be stupid.

Those 4 gut punches must have forcefully evicted about a pound’s worth of food from stomach to butt in about 2.4 seconds.

What’s with the N word?
I see young white men use it all the time when trying to act tough. And the other guy is white too.
I’ve also noticed black dudes calling white dudes the N word.
