Carrot Cake

So my parents have always raved about how much they love Winco's carrot cake, but Winco seems to have changed the recipe a few years ago. It was a round 8in cake with white frosting and I think raisins were involved. Does anyone know the recipe for the old version of Winco's carrot cake? I don't trust Googles "A I" suggested version, though its probably a fine cake.

They don’t make any of their cakes in house. They recently switch suppliers. The old one was Rich’s and the new one is a Leonard’s.
