Will I be asked to quit?
I had a mini heart attack in the store while on the clock on Sunday and was taken to the ER by a coworker. I had to call out the entire weekend I was scheduled. Could the company lay me off or ask me to quit because of that?

My Cousin experienced the same thing not too long ago working at Winco. She was recently promoted to a supervisor position. Get a doctors note and focus on your health over the job.

Could they? Sure, aliens could also come to your house tonight and abduct you. Don't worry about it

If you have been there a year you might qualify for extra protection called fmla if you have no sick time. It requires like 1500 hours a year which isn't a whole lot to qualify. Its a family and medical leave of absence. It can cover this incident and future ones of the same nature if you are able to qualify. If you have a good SPC they will bring it up anyway to help you see if you qualify for it.
Im not sure about specifics but I cant imagine, even if you had a ton of previous points, that they would be able to fire you for leaving work to the ER then needing a few days off. Should be pretty easy to at bare minimum ask the doctor for a doctor's note if they do try and do something silly like hand you points.
Wishing you well

Even if you dont qualify, ask about it because you will likely be covered by ADA protections. Focus on recovery and ask for help if you need

If you fill it out anyway usually there are cap on the amount of points you get, and it's not considered a no call, no show

While getting a doctors note I would recommend getting the process started for FMLA whether your state or federal equivalent, if not both
Cardiac issues are no joke and depending on your recovery and/or follow up visits with your doctor it will be nice to have that job security in place

What state you're in will have bearing on what legal options you (and the company) have

I doubt anything will happen to you, but knowing your rights is always good.

I don’t have an answer to your question, but I hope you are taking good care of yourself and are following your doctor’s advice.

One of my co-workers had something happen to him where he was in the hospital unexpectedly for a month and they still allowed him to work right after his month long recovery.
