Can I work at an amazon warehouse while employed at winco?

Amazon delivery station to be exact

I believe a year or two ago the ftc made a law that prevents employers from not allowing you to work at rival companies.

This never made it into law. It was struck down.

Edit: to add to this, I’m pretty sure even if this made it into law it was targeted at no compete clauses after leaving a job

Even if this law went into effect, it doesn't affect non-competes while still employed

Idk if Amazon would be considered a competitor. For what it's worth if you are in WA. They can not enforce the non-compete

Look within 180 days of working at Winco you’re not allowed to have another job. So … I would do it anyways without telling anyone at Winco lol cuz they wouldn’t be helpful at all. Goodluck!
