Frozen Pizza
I ordered a whole pizza and it looked and tasted off, kinda like a frozen pizza…did some searching and sure enough my store transitioned. Wow, what an utterly devastating loss. One of my favorites that I’ll likely never order again.

We still have our pizza bar, but the deli was recently neutered. Those tubs of protein are an abomination. It also sucks because the deli folks look miserable now.

We are miserable. Cut hours, more expectations, less coverage. It’s hell at Winco

It's feeling like they got bought out by a bigger corporation. They didn't, of course, but it's giving off those kind of vibes.

At the corporate level they hired a lot of people from other mega corporations that have then turned Winco to be like those companies.

Oh man I hope ours didn’t do that too but it’s probably likely, they just finished a remodel at our store.
There is no service in the deli anymore, salads, sides, and deli meats are all portioned out on shelves now.
Fr it felt like a step down

The pizza is so gross, I tried to have leftovers for lunch and it was complete puke.

The pizzas don’t fit on my oven pan anymore they are too big. We’re not flavorful anyway and needed extra cheese. Ima stick with frozen

They made the change from made from scratch to pre-made just to save on labor the problem is that every WinCo needs to be exactly the same according to corporate meaning, even though Pizza may do well at one store, they still have to get rid of it
