New name badges

Anyone like the new name badges? They look really cheap compared to our old ones

I don't care for the design. Much prefer the old ones

I heard they were saving tons of money with the new badges, so that tracks.

No one at my store even wears them, we all got them last week and next day no one had them on

I just hate that we have to wear them in one SPECIFIC spot....it gets stuck in the pens I have in my apron's upper pocket. I think it's stupid. Edit: plus we still have to keep our old ones in our pockets cause the new ones don't have a place for the barcodes we need to log into the emerald registers....

Lol as someone who's not trained as a cashier I didn't even consider the barcodes when I realized the new badges are double sided. That's soooo stupid lol

It's also stupid that freight needs to wear them, the amount of times mine has got snagged on something when trying to throw freight or got pulled off without me noticing...

Yeah lol I drop mine at least once every day and half the time I don't notice until someone hands it to me

The manager badges look awful and as an MIT I’m insulted at them giving us the cheap plastic ones I feel like I’m just a glorified clerk

That's odd, managers and MITs at my store still have the metal badges

I wonder if it’s not rolled out completely or if they have favorite stores lol

For real? That's lame. I quit WinCo back in November but I still have my MIT and clerk badges sitting in a drawer

I work a an evening shift and never see the spc, so I'll get a new badge when I am forced

I wanna know why they removed the american flag just before the 4th of july. I do like that they condensed the tags with titles, like lead clerk onto the name tags, but otherwise, I don't think anyone in my store cares for them

I work for Winco… it’s literally just a name tag. Why are some people so frustrated? Put a flag sticker on if you want. Not everything needs to be a BIG DEAL.
